About the Founder - HerosWithinMe

Built From Real Experience — Not Just Theory

In 2024, I became a Certified Peer Support Specialist in Missouri, helping individuals in recovery learn to understand and manage their emotions. But I realized something deeper — emotional struggle isn't limited to recovery programs. It's something we all face every day.

That realization inspired me to create HerosWithinMe and HEROS2.5 — practical, playful tools that make Emotional Intelligence part of daily life. Because growth shouldn't feel heavy or clinical — it should feel like progress you can see and enjoy.

I wanted to make Emotional Intelligence something people actually enjoy growing with — not a burden to carry.
