Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an eligible item for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials or flammable substances
- Custom-made or personalized items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return items to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Only partial refunds may be granted in these situations:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post)
- Contact your bank (processing time varies)

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at community@heroswithinme.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is processed. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will go to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
